Eye-Con Enhancements & Vortex

Under the moniker EYE-CON ENHANCEMENTS, I conducted video-art projection in nightclubs and at several famous events in San Francisco, including the earliest Acid House warehouse raves held on the west coast: ToonTown, A-Rave-Called-Sharon and Groove Asylum. 

During the summer of 1992, I partnered with a friend and we held rave events of own called VORTEX, showcasing the best DJs: Jeno, Josh, Garth, James, Pera, Tony and Noel.

 

These are some stills from the video projections I did starting in 1990. It was very surreal doing this in San Francisco knowing that my dad had done the same thing there in the '60s.
