I'm probably best known as the twisted mind behind the alternative film fest hit God Squad! which I wrote, produced, and directed in 2002.
I am also the founder of Hot Rod Condoms, a condom brand I launched in 1994 and have since distributed to all corners of the globe.
In 2006 I created a webcomic entitled The Jimi Homeless Experience, which I still publish currently. The project has branched out into animation, a comedy-rock album (2007) and a live stage show.
Production was started in January 2012 on the Jimi Homeless feature film. It is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2012 (or the end of the world, whichever comes first).
In 2010 I released 2 CDs of original songs, they can be found on iTunes under the band names "Suicide Gods" and "Savage Relgion".
As of Fall 2010 I have been writing and directing a few different web series under the moniker "Wasteland Television" which can be found on YouTube, Funny or Die, etc. This is offering me a little distraction while I work on finishing 3 feature film scripts I am writing.
Since 2003 I have been a regular contributor of short films to The Backseat Film Festival which holds events in several major cities across the country each and every year.
In 2000 I published a book of poetry I had written between 1989 and 1999. I self-published and distributed it to small bookstores and coffee shops in Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area. This book is now available online in digital form.
(Let's keep going backwards in time, shall we?)
In 1997 I moved to southern California to work as a film and TV editor. I edited the infamous John Frusciante (Red Hot Chili Peppers) music video (controversial because it featured him injecting heroin). I also edited an adult feature which won the director "Best Director" at the AVN Awards. Other editing credits include: Jason Reitman's short film "In God We Trust", the pilot episode of Malcolm in the Middle, the MTV hit show Sifl n Olly, segments of MTV Sports, and countless TV pilots, student films, film festival fodder, etc.
Since 1995 my condom company has sponsored many causes, organizations, events, etc. Including: AIM Healthcare Foundation, Playboy Nightcalls, Spice TV, Laguna Seca Raceway, Texas Rollerderby League, various film festivals, car shows, nightclubs, and concerts (such as Hootenanny & Viva Las Vegas).
In 1994 I launched a line of custom designed t-shirts which were distributed and sold in small retail outlets from coast to coast.

In 1992 a partner and I conducted visual art / light shows in nightclubs and at several famous events in San Francisco including the earliest raves held on the west coast: ToonTown, A-Rave-Called-Sharon and Groove Asylum. During the summerof 1992 we held 2 raves of our own called VORTEX, featuring DJs Jeno, Josh, Garth, Tony, Noel, and a few others.
In 1991 I released an industrial song entitled "Septic Think Tank " which was played in several well-known clubs and was in heavy rotation on college radio stations KUSF, KFJC, & KZSU in the San Francisco bay area. I wrote 3 dozen songs for my band "World of Hurt" in a matter of months, we recorded demos and shopped them around but were never signed.
In 1989 I produced Switchblade Symphony's very first studio recording for a compilation album on my own label. The LP featured 10 of the best industrial/goth bands based in San Francisco at the time. The song "Mine Eyes" was key to Switchblade Symphony being signed to Cleopatra Records.
In the mid 1980s I produced a cable-access sketch comedy show which was taken off the air a few times for being too controversial. One of the skits "The Black Magic Show for Kids" spawned a 7" single (sold at Tower Records, Amoeba, Rasputin), a hot selling t-shirt, and other assorted merchandise.
In high school I drew and published a comic book entitled "Schoolbus Dave" which came with an audio tape of original songs written by me. It sold via the Comics & Comix retail chain.
In grade school I put out a photocopied comic book series called "Daily Crud" which often got me into trouble with teachers and the Principal.
My first love is filmmaking. I've been a filmmaker, writer and comedic actor since I was 8 yrs. old. I made a handful of really good Super-8 films which I still share with friends.
I developed a love for satire and parody while under the influence of Mad Magazine, Cracked & National Lampoon. I was also a huge fan of Mel Brooks movies and listened tirelessly to Lenny Bruce records. This , combined with my unusual upbringing, makes for some interesting content in my work (if I do say so myself).
